Bombing of Gadhify's compound

Me: Let’s Start,
Presence: I Am here
Me: there was a huge bombing in Tripoli yesterday; Gadhafi’s son was killed and 4 grandchildren.
Presence: The loss of life or taking of life is only justified when in defense of another
Me: Gadhafi has killed many ópponents in the current uprising., the protesters were not originally violent I thought.
Presence: History has shown that protests that are violent, rarely end peacefully
Me: I didn’t know that the protesters attacked the gov’t originally.
Presence: Atrocities have been committed on both sides
Me: What is the solution?
Presense: Gadhafi believes his ideology and that his his leadership is beyond criticism. Otherwise he would be willing to allow for elections, the West as monitors

Me: He doesn’t intend to do this.
Presence: More violence is inevitable. For now the protesters and supporters are evenly matched. Gadhafi would destroy whole cities to remain in power.
(see Misrata)

Me: Was NATO correct in trying to kill him?
Presence: No country is right to try and destroy a leader without the majority of people crying for help.Even in a dictatorship.
The support of Gadhafi and the protesters are too evenly split
Me: any closing remarks
Presence: You are wondering about “The Presence’s Political View?
Me: Well Yes?
Presence: Simply, the government is the people; it should represent them with love, transparency and accountability.
Me: This seems very unclear in Libya.
Presence: A democracy that is transparent allows for the opposition to express differing ideas and solution, and places values on those ideas. This is rarely the case in a monarchy.
